We will have a ‘Coming Soon’ section on the website that will include all of the products that are due to arrive with us. Each product page will show an estimated release date and also a Pre-Order button, this will add the item to your basket and let you check out as usual.
We offer pre-orders on furniture items that we have on the way to us. These pre-order items should be with us within 4-6 weeks, although more specific delivery dates are on individual product pages.
You can pay for pre-ordered furniture with a range of credit and debit cards, alongside PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. You can also spread the cost over time with Klarna.
If you order an item that is currently in stock with us, we will dispatch this the next working day. The Pre-Order item will be dispatched when it arrives in stock with us. You’ll receive dispatch confirmation though so you’ll know when to expect it to arrive with you!
When the product you have pre-ordered has arrived with us, we will then dispatch it on the next working day. An email will be sent to you with the tracking number and courier for you once this is done.
If we do have an issue with the delivery and the release date changes for any reason, we will update this as soon as we have the information. We have added some extra time to the release date to cover any unforeseen delays. Sometimes things happen and you might need to cancel the product you have pre-ordered. We do accept cancellations as long as it is before the item has been shipped from our warehouse. If the product has been shipped, you’ll need to follow the returns procedure.
This also applies if you’ve received the item and no longer require it.
