Returns

We offer a 30-day cancellation policy on all items unless otherwise stated.

Do NOT dispose of the product packaging until you are satisfied that all parts have been received in good order and that you're happy with the assembled product(s).

The item in question must be returned to us as new and in its original packaging.

By as new and in it's original packaging, we mean:

  • All original packaging, labels and assembly instructions to in good condition, allowing it to be resold at full price
  • The products has not been assembled and/or used

All return requests must be emailed to us at support@bigfurniturewarehouse.com and citing a reason.

If you have purchased flat packed furniture, please check all panels and contents prior to assembling the item. Due to courier restrictions, they will not be able to collect an assembled piece of furniture if a collection or exchange is necessary.

All goods that are returned to us will be checked on arrival to make sure they are in a reasonable condition with everything complete, and only then will we process your full refund.

We aim to process all return refunds within 48 hours of receiving the goods back into our Warehouse.

Damaged Items

Any damages or faults with any items need to be relayed to us within 3 working days of receipt of goods. Please email us at support@bigfurniturewarehouse.com with your reason for return, citing any damage, faults or imperfections along with any photographic evidence you may have.

Once you have contacted us with regards to a damaged or faulty item, we will assess whether we offer wither replacement parts or to exchange the item in part (applicable only to multi-box items) or whole.

Any noticeable damage caused by a courier can be either be refused on delivery and therefore sent back to us by the courier or you will need to email us within 24hrs so we can arrange the courier to collect and have the damage assessed. Full refunds including postage costs will be refunded for any items damaged in transit or upon receipt.

On some items it may be necessary for us to request photographic evidence of damage should we decide if returning the item is not cost effective 

Third Party Assembly

If your intention is to hire the services of a third party installer to assist with your flat-pack furniture assembly, we recommend that you only book their services once your entire order has been successfully delivered and that you have checked over all parts, assembly instructions and fittings and that you are happy that you have everything required in order to assemble the furniture. Big Furniture Warehouse will not reimburse any fees incurred by the customer for installation or the use of any third party installation service(s).
