Grova Round Coffee Table with Tambour Doors

The Grova Coffee Table is a round drum design 60cm across, built from 12mm MDF with a walnut colour melamine veneer. Two curved fluted tambour doors slide around the body of the table and open to reveal a shelved compartment inside, and slim black metal bar handles meet at the centre front. The vertical fluting wraps the full circumference, so the table looks finished from every angle rather than having a front and a back.

Inside, one internal shelf divides the space into 2 storage compartments - the upper for remotes, coasters and charging cables, the lower for books, magazines or board games. Because the doors slide around the drum rather than opening outwards, you can reach the storage even with the table pushed close to a sofa. At 43cm high it sits just below the seat height of most sofas, and the round shape means no sharp corners. Melamine veneer wipes clean with a damp cloth.
