Grova Tall Side Table with Tambour Doors

The Grova Side Table is a round drum design 40cm across and 55cm high, built from 12mm MDF with a walnut colour melamine veneer. Like the Grova Coffee Table, it has two curved fluted tambour doors that slide around the body of the unit and open onto a shelved compartment inside, with slim black metal bar handles meeting at the centre front and vertical fluting running the full circumference.

One internal shelf splits the interior into 2 storage compartments, so books, chargers, reading glasses, remotes or bedside clutter can be kept within reach but out of sight - more useful than a standard open side table, which gives you a surface and nothing else. The sliding doors need no clearance to open, so the table can sit tight against a sofa arm, an armchair or a bed without leaving a gap. At 55cm high it works at bedside height alongside most divans and bed frames, and the walnut finish brings warmth to rooms. The melamine veneer wipes clean with a damp cloth.
